I just adjust my McAfee firewall settings(Firewall, Internet Connections for programs, I checked to make sure all Photoshop Elements & Organizer had 'full' access).and Elements uploaded one picture (of a set) to Flickr and then stopped. I use McAfee antivirus and disabled the firewall but still get the message.
